Glint

Privacy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Glint is built to leave your data alone. This page says what the website, the license service and the app handle, and why.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Antoine Conan, trading as Rocketcode, 210 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, 75010 Paris, France. Contact: contact@rocketcode.app.

The website

This website sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and runs no audience measurement. It is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

Buying a license

Payment is processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. Rocketcode never sees them.

Once the purchase is complete, the license service at api.glint.rocketcode.app, a Cloudflare Worker, stores in Cloudflare KV:

  • your email address,
  • the license identifier,
  • the issue date and origin (purchase or gift).

This data is kept for as long as the license is valid. It is used to deliver the license, to let you restore it by email, and to revoke it if needed. Emails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.) from glint@rocketcode.app.

The app

Glint needs the macOS Accessibility permission to read the interface element under the cursor. Nothing about your screen is recorded or sent anywhere.

Once a month, when online, the app asks the license service whether the license identifier is still valid. The request carries the license identifier only.

The app checks for updates through Sparkle against dl.glint.rocketcode.app. The request carries the app version and the macOS version, no identifier.

No account, no analytics, no crash reporting.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, and object to its processing. Write to contact@rocketcode.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
